GREEN HOPE STUDENTS! REMEMBER, THIS IS ONE OF TWO MUSICALS WE ARE DOING THIS YEAR! THE AUDITIONS FOR "SIDE SHOW" WILL BE IN DECEMBER! AUDITIONS will be Tuesday, November 14 from 2:30-5:00 in the Green Hope Auditorium. Please prepare 32-64 measures of a song that is in the same style as the show. Please do not use music from the show itself. No monologue is required. Auditions will be done privately. Please dress professionally. The rehearsal schedule for L5Y will be very limited, with as little as 12-15 rehearsals before performances. Students cast in this show need to have a flexible schedule and be willing to rehearse during evenings and maybe a weekend day. Students in this production must be able to handle mature adult content, including on-stage romance. If you are interested in playing in the pit, we are looking for an exceptional group of musicians! The instrumentation is 2 cellos, piano, guitar, and violin. We may add a small amount of percussion, if you play bongos and other drumming instruments.
